Kaduki’s leadership is quiet and powerful - preserving the history of her community, guiding younger generations, and celebrating how far they’ve come.
At 84, she has seen Phedi transform from a village without roads, electricity, schools, or healthcare, to a place where children now have opportunities she never imagined. She remembers walking three hours to fetch water - until dZi supported the construction of a water tap at her home.

By leveraging dZi’s training in organic farming methods, seed selection, and pest control, he’s helped fellow farmers diversify crops, boost harvests, improve food security and create pathways for economic opportunity and resilience.

Doma - A Voice for Her Generation
Doma first joined the Himalayan Child Club as a quiet student who rarely spoke in public. With dZi’s support for club activities and leadership training, she rose from club member to secretary to Child Club president. Today, she leads weekly educational programs, listens to the voices of her peers, and represents their needs with confidence and care.
